There’s something about a Saturday night that begs for good music and great company. This past weekend, I found myself drawn to Flagstone Bar in Appleton, eager to see 7000 Apart perform. I had caught their acoustic show a while back and was captivated by Amelie’s voice, so seeing the full band was a must.

Flagstone Bar, with its inviting patio perfect for summer live music, set the stage for an incredible evening. The service, as always, was impeccable, ensuring everyone had a drink in hand and a smile on their face.

As 7000 Apart took the stage, the crowd buzzed with excitement. Amelie’s voice, which had enchanted me in an acoustic setting, soared even higher with the full band’s accompaniment. They effortlessly transitioned through a repertoire that spanned country, rock, and pop, showcasing their versatility and range. Each song was a journey, with Amelie's vocals leading the way.

The atmosphere was electric. Friends and music lovers gathered, enjoying the warm summer night filled with melodies. There’s a unique magic in live music—it brings people together, creates memories, and makes you forget about everything else for a while.

It was also fun to see a group of kids and their parents in the parking lot jamming out and having fun. The band did a Taylor Swift song for the kids, adding a very fun and heartwarming touch to the evening.

7000 Apart’s performance was great. They had the crowd swaying, singing along, and dancing as the night went on. It was one of those nights where the energy is just right, and everyone is in sync with the music and each other.

Flagstone Bar proved once again why it’s a top spot for live music in Appleton. The patio setting is ideal for a relaxed yet vibrant night out, and the staff’s attentiveness adds to the overall experience. If you haven’t visited Flagstone for a live music night, you’re missing out.
