Thirst Bar & Grill Soft Open: Music, Burgers, and a Rocking Good Time

What’s better than a Friday night out? A Friday night soft open at a brand-new bar where the music, food, and atmosphere hit all the right notes! I had the pleasure of checking out the Thirst Bar & Grill in Greenville, courtesy of my friends and the bar’s proud owners, Glenn and Taylor. They’ve put their heart (and some seriously good taste) into this place, and it shows.

First Impressions

The first thing you’ll notice is the music-focused setup. Thirst boasts a large stage designed to keep the energy high and the entertainment front and center. Add in a bold red-and-black color palette from the recent remodel, and this bar screams cool, cozy, and welcoming.

By the time we walked in, the place was already buzzing, with Cole Boz on stage doing what he does best—delivering an awesome mix of tunes to keep the crowd entertained. Cole’s setlist hits a sweet spot with something for everyone, and he owned the stage like a pro.

Let’s Talk About That Burger

Now, let’s get to the food—because what’s a great bar without great eats? I ordered the Whiskey Brisket Burger, and let me tell you, it’s everything you want in a burger: juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. The menu is still coming together, but rumor has it amazing steaks are on the horizon.
