After a vibrant evening at Boogie, I felt an irresistible pull to swing over to Northland Sports Pub in Appleton and catch up with my buddies from Paper City Trio. As I rolled into the back of Northland, I was greeted by the warm, inviting ambiance of their patio area. This place is a gem for live music lovers, featuring a nicely covered stage at the rear end of the patio—an ideal setup for a night of rocking tunes.
As I made my way closer, a familiar voice caught my attention. It wasn’t a voice I associated with Paper City Trio, though. To my pleasant surprise, it was Zach from Marblehead, on stage, jamming with the boys. This is one of the things I absolutely adore about our local music scene—the camaraderie among musicians. They genuinely enjoy hanging out and supporting each other, creating an atmosphere that’s both welcoming and electric.
The night was filled with friendly faces and an undeniable sense of community. So many friends were hanging out, sharing laughs, and soaking in the music. The energy was infectious, making it one of those nights where you can’t help but have a blast.
Paper City Trio, true to form, delivered an outstanding performance. They ran through a diverse setlist, even throwing in some rapping that got the crowd buzzing. They have a knack for engaging the audience, ensuring everyone is having as much fun as they are on stage. Their dynamic presence and versatility make every show a unique experience.
Northland Sports Pub proved once again why it’s a fantastic venue for live music. The service is top-notch, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and the stage setup is perfect for bands to showcase their talent. If you’re a live music enthusiast, Northland is a must-visit. And if you haven’t seen Paper City Trio yet, make it a point to check them out. They never disappoint.
To my friends in Paper City Trio, thanks for the shout-out! Nights like these are what make our local music scene so special. Here’s to many more evenings of great music and even greater friendships.
