Got a call from my friend Chris. Hey I have 4 tickets to the game! It took me a minute because I thought no one was getting tickets for this game. But he got them and I was happy to go! Going to Lambeau Field for the game is always a real kick. It's nearly impossible to explain the excitement and feeling of actually being at the game. We drove up late afternoon and made a mistake of pulling into Stadium View to park. Everyone else on the street was about $15 - $20 bucks for parking. Stadium View charges $40 and good luck getting out after the game. We headed over to Anduzzi's across the street to get some food. We should have tailgated! $19 dollar hamburgers. But I guess you have to expect it on gameday. Hung out had a few drinks and then headed over to meet my buds' daughter at Stadium View. This place is huge and was packed tight. It's hard to believe how many people are crammed into this building. They do a hell of a job of keeping up with slinging drinks. We hung out for a while and ran into a few people I knew. Which is always fun. Then we headed over to the game. Lambeau Field is amazing to see, and it's huge. We stopped and grabbed a couple of beers and got to the seats. The place was buzzing and we all hoped for the best. Well we all know now how that story ended. But I have to admit they at least made it to this game with a chance. Which I would have never believed earlier this year. If you have not made it to a game. You should try to make one at some point. It really is a fascinating experience and a blast to watch people. It is amazing that you still run into friends despite all the people. Ran into my buddy Glen while waiting in line to grab a beer among about 1000 other people. Fun, friends, beer and an incredible venue. Thanks again Chris for this amazing experience and all the laughter. LIFE IS GOOD!
